Q: Do you provide fast telehealth services?

A: Yes, we provide fast telehealth services which is included at NO extra charge in your concierge membership plan AND also separately to nonmembers as a virtual $60 flat fee BOOK HERE FOR TELEHEALTH NON MEMBERS $60 

 

Q: Can members and nonmembers be seen for a house call?

A: Yes, both members and nonmembers can be seen in their homes for a house call. For nonmembers BOOK HERE 

 

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: No, we don’t accept insurance, but we can provide you with an itemized medical bill for you to submit to your health insurance by yourself to cover for certain fees like medical consultation, procedures, labs, imaging, medications etc. Please consult with a health care attorney to learn more about this.

Q: Do you assist with referrals?

A: Yes, we coordinate referrals inside and outside your network.

 

Q: What about emergencies?

A: Always call 911 first. Then notify us so Dr. Rommel Asagwara can communicate with the hospital team.

 

Q: Are there forms to fill out?

A: Yes, we will text and or email you a link with the form to fill out and sign electronically once you become a member. If you can’t find the link please CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT THE FORMS
